Donna's motorcycle scouting trip through Mexico, over 3 months and 11,000 miles, led her to Oaxaca, and she hasn't looked back.
Now settled in, she has the inside scoop on how to buy a house, where to get the best street empanadas, and lived with a family in neighboring Teotitlan, a Zapotec village, where weaving rugs on ancient looms is alive and well.
She's combined her lifelong travel habit and 30-year career in food and nutrition into a travel planning and relocation service, and serves as the on-the-ground coordinator for the Oaxaca Food & Wine Festival.
