Guelaguetza significa "compartir, dar" en la lengua indígena zapoteca, y de eso se trata este brunch: compartir la gastronomía de esta región en un brunch comunitario y festivo.
El espacio es amplio y espacioso, con una cocina dedicada a utilizar ingredientes locales preparados con un estilo contemporáneo. El chef y propietario Rodolfo Castellanos ha creado una experiencia gastronómica que combina su herencia oaxaqueña con su creativa destreza culinaria.

Guelaguetza means "to share, to give" in the indigenous Zapotec language, and that's what this brunch is all about...sharing the food native to this region in a
communal, festive brunch.
The space is open and airy, with a kitchen dedicated to using locally-produced ingredients prepared with a contemporary style. Chef-owner Rodolfo Castellanos has crafted a dining experience that blends his Oaxacan heritage with creative culinary skill.
The 4-course brunch, accompanied by assorted organic wines from Dos Buhos Winery, will be the perfect way to cap off the 2nd annual Oaxaca Food & Wine Festival. You will leave Oaxaca feeling very happy and satisfied 😀
