Vinícola Infinito is a family-owned, boutique winery founded in 2008 in the cool-climate Valle de Ojos Negros near Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. Led by winemaker Pepe Pedroza, the estate specializes in handcrafted micro-lot wines that highlight the unique local terroir and high natural acidity

Amidst landscapes, trails, and the great jewels of the Baja California wilderness, the historic Rancho Tecate was born. It is located in the picturesque 'Pueblo Mágico' of Tecate, the gateway to the Wine Route in the Valle de Guadalupe.

Our work philosophy is based on the evolving interpretation of the "terroir" of the Baja California valleys and the culture that surrounds them, within a framework of responsible and modern winemaking.
