Dolce Events and Marketing International maintains full ownership rights to all original art, original songs, user-uploaded lyrics, music compositions, and associated artwork created. Acting as the sole owner of all resulting derivative and final works. While the standard terms outline a royalty-free, non-exclusive license granted upon unlocking a track, all copyright registrations and proprietary claims regarding the lyrics, sound recordings, visual media, and commercial distribution rights remain strictly under the exclusive ownership and legal authority of Dolce Events and Marketing International.

Right to photograph, film, and record your image

By purchasing a ticket and entering the festival premises, you grant the Oaxaca Food & Wine Festival, its affiliates, and partners the irrevocable, royalty-free right to photograph, film, and record your image, likeness, voice, and appearance. You agree that the Oaxaca Food & Wine Festival may use these materials in any media now known or hereafter devised, including online, social media, print, and promotional video, worldwide and in perpetuity, for marketing, publicity, or commercial purposes without financial compensation, notification, or approval.

All attendees must be 18 years old to attend, No strollers or pets are allowed.

The Festival urges all adults to consume alcoholic products responsibly.

All ticket purchases will show on your statement in USD (United States Dollars)

The ticket charges will appear on your credit card statement as Dolce Events.
