Oaxaca is a vast pantry of flavors and aromas—truly unique in the world. Chef Oscar García Bretón’s vision at Brío is to celebrate the virtues of local Oaxacan ingredients, crafting dishes that capture the full essence of Oaxaca while incorporating nuances and recipes inspired by the Mediterranean.
Brío features a terrace offering a direct view of a beautiful Baroque temple in the city center—a space available for dining or simply for enjoying our signature cocktails.

Heirloom Tomato Salad with “Burrata” Style Quesillo
Family Style
Vibrant local heirloom tomatoes dressed in a light, herbaceous vinaigrette, paired with a house-crafted "Burrata" made from rich Oaxacan quesillo and fresh cream. Finished with local greens, wild herbs, and a touch of cold-pressed olive oil. A beautiful collision of Oaxacan heritage and Mediterranean freshness.

Adorned with pastoral landscapes, stunning mountains, and rock formations, our region has noble microclimates that have allowed for the authentic growth of varietals which highlight the character, expression, and potential of our wines, such as:

A few of the wines we will be tasting during the Festival

Every great wine has a story… and every story has a creator.
Winemaker Andrés Blanco, the soul behind Encino de Piedra, transforms the land into bottled elegance.

Gold Award "Mexico International Wine Competition"
Amidst landscapes, trails, and the great jewels of the Baja California wilderness, the historic Rancho Tecate was born.
It is located in the picturesque 'Pueblo Mágico' of Tecate, the gateway to the Wine Route in the Valle de Guadalupe.
The fertile and noble lands of Rancho Tecate gave way to the cultivation of its first vine in 1893, which achieved a development that brings it honor, thus creating grapes of excellence for over 100 years.

A world-class wine room without the attitude is a rare find, but Copal has mastered the art.
Surrounded by walls of wine bottles stacked floor to ceiling,
you are invited to a deeply intimate, private wine-tasting and dinner experience.
The restaurant delivers an incredible ambiance, filled with the rich scent of burning copal
the aromatic indigenous wood used to carve the city's famed alebrije folk art.
